“If you wrote your future life as a story, how would it read?”

Life Coaching

As a life coach my services can best be described as being your personal advocate that encourages and challenges you to reach the goals you set for yourself. Life coaches are professionals who are familiar with the motivational change process. They zero in on motivations and behaviors to help move you into the change you are seeking. In my work as a life coach I am realistic but also challenge and hold you accountable in achieving your version of success. In this process we will seek to identify areas of growth and methods of achieving your goals. This will be revisited during every session by accessing progress and reorienting the direction toward change based on what’s working and what isn't. Coaches do not give advice; they help you explore your motivations and passions. It is in understanding your motivations and where your energy is normally directed that we can work together to identify the best directions to maximize your vision.

As a coach, I am committed to your growth, in which case, it is part of my job to push, pull, and stretch you in ways that may feel uncomfortable at times. However, the point of coaching is for you to get the most out of the experience and meet the goals you set for yourself. It entails setting goals and measurable standards and expectations for you to meet your objectives.
